The overall experience was extremely good and highly professional with a very approachable customer service team.From ordering to delivery (free) was painless and extremely efficient, I’m delighted.In between Lockdowns we went to a reimagined Gastro Pub which had some unusual things going on design wise.Some of which were particularly interesting one being a Seletti Monkey Lamp (available in black or white) which has a human quality to its expression whilst, at the same time, it resembles something out of a science museum!The idea behind it was that this mischievous monkey stole your light and now it’s up to you to get it back.It created the “impression” that, just like in a safari, you are lost in the deep black Africa.It is designed by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba.I was so taken by it that I spent time tracking down where I could buy one and eventually discovered a handful of select U.K. distributors.However, maybe because of its popularity it’s quite difficult to find any in stock plus it’s quite premium priced (understandably so).When I stumbled upon Dotmaison it felt like a Euraka moment!The option I wanted was in stock and there was a favourable price on offer.The other point to make is that Dotmaison do have an incredibly broad selection of original products from established highly quality brands to exciting and emerging designers.I did experience one minor problem and contacted their customer support team who were superb, they live up to their customer service promise.I was delighted to discover such an innovative site and will make it my first port of call in future when looking for fresh ideas.

So glad I found this website and used it even though I’ve never heard of it before!Will definitely shop on there againI ordered a Georg Jensen cocktail shaker set and a bowl which were sold out everywhere and almost impossible to findThe website is a pleasure to use and the good arrived quickly & well packaged Can’t wait to spend more money on there :)

Well, what can I say about this amazing company?!I ordered a cushion after 1 company let me down, I ordered from other company, paid, they charged my card then nothing, hard to get to get in touch with and hard to get a refund.So reordered from Dotmaison and what a different experience. Immediate order acknowledgment, immediate shipping and got the order the next day. Unfortunately wrong item was sent so I contacted customer services and got an immediate, excellent reply. They immediately arranged for me to return the wrong item and their expense and dispatched the correct item which was received the next working day. Faultless. Why can’t all companies be this good?! Will 100% shop here again!! Well done!

So happy with the customer service ! Great selection of items and great service. Had an issue with the delivery and I called them , they went out of there way to call DPD and get a driver to come back, I thought that was impossible! They called me and were both friendly and efficient. I can not fault the service! But looking through the reviews the majority of any negative ones are regarding DPD whom are letting this great company down ! Thanks again for you help !
